Calendar Description / Prerequisite / Co-Requisite

Examines housing markets and housing policy. Introduces models of demand, supply, and housing market equilibrium emphasizing the special characteristics of housing. Uses welfare economics to study the design of optimal policies. Prerequisites: AP/ECON 2300 3.00 and AP/ECON 2350 3.00 or equivalents.


Course Start Up
