This course examines the interdisciplinary complexity of what constitutes our definition of the healthy child. Critical inquiry demonstrates that geography, economics, politics, food, social capital, sexuality, gender, mental health, homelessness, disability and media all play an integral role in the lived experiences and health outcomes of children.
