Explores civic and court ceremonies of the Tudor and Stuart era. Particular attention is paid to the spectacular and shifting rituals of power as they are played out in royal entries, coronations, Lord Mayor's shows, and masques. Course credit exclusion: AP/EN 4531 6.00.
