This course examines the social and cultural history of Egypt from the Roman conquest and death of the last Ptolemaic monarch, Cleopatra, in 30 BC to the end of Roman rule in the seventh century AD. Course credit exclusions: AP/HIST 4140 6.00 (2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010).


Course Start Up
