Provides a basic understanding of the law and issues governing the employer-employee relationship. The rights and obligations of employers and employees are examined, as well as labour relations in unionized settings. Prerequisite: AP/HRM 2600 3.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
