Seeks to give insight into the role of the lawyer in relation to that of the judge, legislator and administrator in molding the law. Against this general background various legal principles and theories are examined so as to equip the student to analyze and define legal issues. Prerequisite: AP/ADMS 1000 3.00. PRIOR TO FALL 2013: Course credit exclusion: AP/POLS 3165 6.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
