Introduces students to cultural, social and political issues which form the fabric of Italian civilization from unification to the present. Note: Students who are taking Italian as a major or minor subject are required to do the readings and assignments for this course in Italian. Course credit exclusions: AP/IT 4750 6.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
