This course analyzes the role of the state, institutions, and groups in the creation of dominant ideologies. Using select case studies, it further explores the interrelationship between equity, agency, and freedom of expression.Course credit exclusion: Prior to Fall 2019: AP/HREQ 4740 6.00Prerequisites: 78 credits or, permission of the Undergraduate Program Director.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
