An analysis of the problem of change in Canadian social structure. Topics to be covered include recent trends in social institutions, the politics and management of change, the social and psychological consequences of rapid and extensive change and the ideologies we bring to understanding change. Note: This course will not count for major credit in HREQ.

- 20% Rule
No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
