A consideration of the theoretical and empirical contributions of anthropology, psychology and sociology to the understanding of people as related to their environment. Topics will include: the foundations of interpersonal behaviour, socialization; the development of culturally shared values and beliefs, and their relation to personality. Note: This course will not count for major credit in HREQ. Course credit exclusion: AP/SOSC 1140 9.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
