Examines the social, economic, political and technological forces in Canada and other nations that are creating an electronic information network marketplace. The main purpose is to identify the opportunities and barriers to a new kind of information-rich civilization, to test its implications and to suggest strategies for managing it. Course credit exclusion: AP/COMN 4320 6.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
