Examines violent domination, slave trade and slavery, and the place of enslavement as an extreme form of social exclusion and violation of human rights. Course credit exclusion: AP/SOCI 4652 3.00 (prior to Fall 2013).

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
