Experiential exercises and case studies are used to gain critical skills for negotiating in a human resource management context. The objective is to learn how to analyze the key factors in a negotiation and plan a course of action. Prerequisites: AP/ADMS 1000 3.00, AP/ADMS 2400 3.00 and AP/HRM 2600 3.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
