Provides basic understanding of diversity and inclusion practices in organizations and in the Canadian workforce. Issues of inequality and discrimination are examined through theoretical lenses that inform the practice of diversity management. The value of diversity and inclusion, and means of accommodation are explored. Prerequisite: AP/HRM 2600 3.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
